Singapore Airlines Flight from Singapore to New York JFK is currently the World’s longest non-stop flight, lasting nearly 19 hours and covering 9,537 miles.

Singapore Airlines has launched the World’s longest commercial flight between Singapore and New York (Newark) using their brand-new Airbus A350-900ULR (Ultra Long Range).

Singapore Airlines began its First flight on November 9, 2020  to New York’s  JFK Airport covering 9,537 Miles whereas Singapore Airlines took off First flight to Newark on March 27, 2022  covering 9, 534 Miles. Both the scheduled flight time ranges 18 Hours, 50 Minutes.

Meanwhile, Perth in Australia to London in the United Kingdom is the second longest flight.

Qantas began its first flight on March 24, 2018 covering 9,009 Miles.

Likewise,  the Melbourne in Australia to Dallas of USA flight that covers a distance of 8,992 Miles is the third longest flight.

Qantas had operated first flight on December 2, 2022 in this route a that lasts 17 Hours 35 Minutes.

Meanwhile, Loganair‘s flight between Westray and Papa Westray in Scotland is currently the World’s shortest flight, lasting less than 2 minutes on average and covering just 2 miles. This flight is operated by Britten-Norman Islander aircraft.

World’s shortest jet flight is operated by Air France between Kinshasa and Brazzaville. The 16-mile flight is operated by a Boeing 777/Airbus A330 and is also the shortest international flight.

Ryukyu Air’s Minami-Daito– Kita-Daito in Japan is 8 miles away. The flight time covers 3 minutes.

Loganair’s Stronsay to Sanday in Scotland flight is 7 Miles only. The flight time is 4 minutes.
