The sixth edition of the Global Nepali Film Awards, which is being held in the United States with the slogan “From Movie Village to World” will be held in New York on August 12th.
Dizhams Universal LLC New York will host the sixth edition of the award along with Nepal Film Society, Global Nepali Film Awards, Golden State Movie Maker and 8848 Media House LLC.
According to Krishan Malla, the patron of the award and central president of the Nepal Film Society, they are jointly organizing the award program.
Shailesh Shrestha, president of Dizhmas Universal LLC New York, said that the award is being organized in America to promote Nepali films abroad.
The film selection committee has been formed for the award program and the press coordinator of the award, Surya Chand, informed that the film selection is underway.
