Mastercard has launched a new version of biometrics methodology payment system.
According to an American multinational financial services corporation Mastercard let their customers pay with the palm of their hand or with their face instead of swiping or tapping a credit card.
As per the report, the new version of payment system is currently being adopted in Brazil and will roll out across the world later this year.
Mastercard also informed that to register with a Mastercard app for signing up one should take a picture of his/her face or scan fingerprint which can be done either on personal smartphone or at a payment terminal. Then after, it can add a credit card to get linked to personal biometric data.
