250 British nationals leave for home

With arrangement of the British Embassy in Kathmandu 250 British nationals left for their home today on a special chartered flight.

“Glad to have helped a full flight of 250 British nationals leave today to go home on our charter,” Tweeted the British Ambassador to Nepal Ms. Nicola Pollitt.

According to her Twitter account it has also mentioned that further 250 more British people are also on set of ready to go back home on a chartered flight arrange for coming Friday.

It is to recall here that, so far, many citizens of the various countries stranded in Nepal due to country-wide lockdown enforced to cope with the worldwide deadly virus COVID-19 had left their home country on a chartered flights being arranged by the various countries’ embassies based in Kathmandu for their respective citizens.
